# Impossible to create my OneDoc account

An e-mail address and a phone number can only be linked to one OneDoc account. Please refer to the instructions below if you see any of the following warnings:

### This phone number is already in use

This warning appears if a OneDoc account already exists with that phone number. In this case, you do not need to create a new account, but simply [sign in.](https://www.onedoc.ch/en/login)

**If you are unable to sign in or if you do not remember the e-mail address you used to create your OneDoc account**, you can [contact our team](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/1pfZEKrMwTzaWPo5JL1-POw2ry71) by providing us: your first and last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number.

### This e-mail address is already in use

This warning appears if a OneDoc account already exists with that e-mail address. In this case, you do not need to create a new account, but simply [sign in](https://www.onedoc.ch/en/login).

If you forgot your password, you can [reset it by following these instructions](https://portal.onedoc.ch/en/reset-my-password).

Note: it may happen that one of your relatives (spouse, child, parent) has opened an account in their name with your phone number or your e-mail address. If this is the case, please contact this person, so that they can remove your phone number or e-mail address from their account and that way have it at your disposal.
