This article explains what the badge on profiles means and how it can help you as a patient.

**What does the badge mean?**

The badge indicates a detailed profile with a description uploaded by the healthcare professional. It also indicates that online booking is enabled. It can appear on the profiles of healthcare professionals, medical practices, healthcare institutions, and groups.

### Healthcare Professional

* **Detailed profile:** The profile includes a photo and a description written in at least one language.
* **Online booking enabled:** Online consultation booking is enabled.

### Medical Practices and Healthcare Institutions

* **Detailed profile:** The profile includes a photo and a description written in at least one language.
* **Online booking enabled:** At least one affiliated professional allows online appointment booking.

### Healthcare Institution Groups

* **Detailed profile:** The profile includes a photo and a description written in at least one language.
* **Online booking enabled:** At least one affiliated consultation site allows online booking.
